Murray Davis, C M Englestead, Moroni W Green, John S Storey, Bernard Parry, L M Brown, Orval L Thomas, James E Chapman. From the Netherlands - - William Earl Heath, John E Everett. From Switzerland and Germany - -C L White, Richard Newman. From Scandinavia –A P Christiansen, George S Sanders, Frederick C Mickelson, Hulda Mickelson. From Sweden - - Carl J Olsson.
